Located a short one kilometre from the city centre, this unique site features the ku chang, or elephant stupa, believed to house the remains of Queen Chamadevi’s war elephant. Next to it stands another brick pagoda, Ku Ma, believed to contain the remains of the queen’s son’s horse.
