The north of Thailand has a long history of exquisite ceramics, notably those found in Sukhothai and Vieng Kalong in Chiang Rai (14th-16th centuries). Chuanlhong Ceramic draws inspiration from those two ceramic traditions, focusing on classical patterns and high quality glazing, yet modernising the design and techniques to create unique pieces of ceramics. Many pieces are one of a kind and collectable.
